Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped out via USPS (United States Postal Service). We strive to ship out all orders within 2 business days, we have been known to ship even faster than this. If you live in an area that does not receive regular postal service at your door, please use your PO Box address. We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address that you provide.
Privacy & Security
We ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask for credit card information through our processing institution so we can fulfill your order. If you order over the internet, we will not see your credit card number, only the processing institution does. We do not share or sell email addresses. When you visit our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of these products (that being personal preference), we suggest that if this is your first purchase with use that you buy just a single product (ie. just 1 Frankincense Deodorant). We will refund a single deodorant only, not including shipping (ie. if you buy 5 Frankincense Deodorants and 1 Goji Deodorant, we will only refund 1 of each scent).
All orders are handled through this online store or over the phone, we do not take orders through email, this is for your protection as much as our own.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All orders will be paid in full during checkout, either via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. Promotional codes can be applied to the order during the checkout process, promotional codes are not retroactive nor cumulative (ie. a promotional code cannot be applied to a previous order, nor can you use more than 1 code per order)..
